The PH 3/3 Pendant Centenary Edition is part of the PH Centenary Collection, created to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the System PH. This tiered-shade system was developed by Poul Henningsen in1926, who was seeking to eliminate the harsh glare from electric bulbs. Utilising precise measurements, the shades provided comfortable and glare-free lighting in a design that is still prevalent today.

The PH 3/3 Pendant Centenary is crafted from aged brass with mouth-blown glass shades for a distinctive vintage aesthetic. The suspension features ornamental thumb screws for optimal positioning and a curved stem, recalling elements from previous versions of the iconic design. The Amber upper shade and White Opal lower shades provide an upward light while maintaining a downward-directed light for a harmonious mix of ambient and task lighting.
