Louis Poulsen Wohlert Pendant Light

The Wohlert Pendant Light was designed after the former CEO of Louis Poulsen, Jens Kaastrup-Olsen, challenged Vilhelm Wohlert to design a pendant in 3 different sizes to be suitable for many shapes and styles of rooms. He also wanted Wohlert to create a light that was easy to maintain. So he created the Satellite pendant, which is now known as the Wohlert pendant, a light made from a simple opal glass lampshade with a sleek steel fitting.

The Louis Poulsen Wohlert Pendant provides uniform, general and diffused lighting, perfect to use as a main feature light in any interior. The opening at the bottom of the glass also produces direct light, so it is also suitable for hanging over tables and surfaces. The Wohlert pendant lamp is available in 3 sizes to find the right fit for you and can be used alone or in multiple depending on what aesthetic and needs you have for your setting.
