Applique à Volet Pivotant Plié Wall Light by Nemo Lighting
Nemo Lighting’s Applique à Volet Pivotant Plié Wall Light was designed by Charlotte Perriand in 1962 for her mountain chalet in the French Alps. At 34cm high and 26cm wide, the Plie is the largest fixture in the Applique à Volet Pivotant Collection , offering a more substantial presence in interiors. Its rectangular form features two adjustable side panels and a distinctive front panel, available in a range of bold finishes.
The Applique à Volet Pivotant Plié Wall Light casts a soft, indirect glow for ambient illumination. Each side panel can be tilted up to 45 degrees, allowing subtle adjustment of the light direction while adding visual interest to the space. Suitable for homes, commercial interiors and professional settings, it brings a distinctive touch of 20th-century design. Display in pairs either side of a doorway or bedside, in rows lining a hallway, or above a work of art on a gallery wall.
