Marset Funiculi A Fabric Wall Light is an adjustable wall lamp by Lluís Porqueras, based on a fabric shade design he originally conceived in 1979. The fabric version was introduced by Marset in 2018, retaining the simple structure of the original Funiculi while replacing its metal shade with a conical fabric diffuser. The shade allows light to pass through the material as well as directing it downwards, giving the wall lamp a softer output than the original metal version.

The lamp has a black lacquered iron stem that attaches to the wall, with a clip mechanism that allows the height of the shade to be adjusted by hand. This makes it useful beside a bed or reading chair, where the light can be positioned according to how the space is being used. The fabric shade also spreads light around the surrounding area, making Funiculi A Fabric a good option for living rooms, bedrooms, and lounges where a more diffused light is preferred. Its slender structure keeps the wall fitting simple, with the shade providing the main visual feature.

Funiculi A Fabric is available in Black - White and Black - Sand finishes, both with the same lacquered iron structure. The wall lamp is plug-in, with a black electrical cable and an in-line on/off switch. The wider Funiculi Fabric range also includes matching table and floor lamps, allowing the same shade and material combination to be used in different parts of a room.
